Individual Therapy

A space to be met as you are.

Therapy with me is a collaborative relationship. I’m not here to tell you who you are, who you should become, or what your life should look like. I’m here to meet you with curiosity and care, to listen deeply, and to support you in making sense of your experiences in ways that feel meaningful to you.

I’m mindful of the power I hold as a therapist, and I want our work to honour your autonomy, your choices and your understanding of yourself. We can slow things down, make room for what is difficult to put into words, and explore what is happening both within you and around you. I believe our shared humanness matters. My role is to walk alongside you as you come to know yourself more fully, from the inside out.

If you would like to explore whether you would like us to work together, please do reach out.

Group Therapy

Healing and understanding in relationship with others.

We don’t live or become ourselves in isolation. Group therapy offers a different kind of therapeutic space: one where we can explore ourselves in relationship with other people. There can be something powerful in being witnessed, recognising parts of our own experience in someone else, encountering difference, and discovering that we don’t have to carry everything alone.

I facilitate groups with care for each person’s voice, boundaries and way of participating. There is no expectation to perform, disclose more than feels right, or experience the group in the same way as anybody else. Together, we create a space where there is room for connection, reflection, difference and belonging.

This is a practice that will be available soon, please feel free to reach out if this sounds like something you are interested in exploring.

Supervision

A reflective space for curiosity, care and accountability.

I see supervision as a relationship of consultation rather than a place where I simply tell you what to do. I work through a relational, integrative and anti-oppressive praxis lens. Together, we can stay curious and think about your work: your client’s world, your own responses, what may be happening between you, and the wider relationships and social contexts that shape the therapeutic encounter.

I’m also mindful of the power I hold as a supervisor. I want supervision to be a space where uncertainty can be spoken, questions can be explored and you don’t have to arrive already knowing. We can think together about identity, difference and power when they are present in the work, while supporting you to develop a way of practising that feels thoughtful, ethical and genuinely your own.

I offer supervisory consultation for trainee psychotherapists and counsellors as well as for experienced psychotherapists and practitioners. If you are interested feel free to reach out, we can explore if I would be a good fit to your practice.
