If you are feeling that something just doesn’t seem right, whether you are generally feeling unhappy; sad; anxious; overwhelmed; agitated; stressed out, stuck; due to specific or unclear reasons, then you are in the right place.
Psychotherapy works to help you break out of whatever may be stifling or upsetting you, sometimes it just helps in trying to make some sense of things. In my work as a psychotherapist, I can provide you with a safe space for you to explore what is bothering you in a warm, caring and empathic environment. I am passionate in working with people and strongly believe that each person is unique in their own self. It doesn’t matter where you are in your own process, I can help you figure out a way of understanding why you might be feeling this way.
I am both a qualified medical doctor and a psychotherapist. I am experienced in working with a diverse range of clients and have supported them as they presented with different and sometimes complex issues including depression; anxiety; trauma related issues; relationship problems; work related issues; feelings of low self-esteem and low confidence; issues of identity and sexuality.
